Refund policy

At our small, independent brand, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns: We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction, in which we have no control over.. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact. While we provide swimwear liners, try-on with underwear is required.

Exchanges: If you would prefer a different size or style, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Final Sale: Sale items, discounted purchases, and special promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
