What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, apple pay, and shop pay.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping domestically in the United States. We hope to expand internationally very soon.
Can I cancel/change my order once it’s been placed?
If you have changed your mind about your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopanneslane.com. Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot be changed or canceled and must be returned. For help initiating a return, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.
Are items bought on sale able to be returned?
Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.
How do I care for my Anne’s Lane swimwear?
To guarantee the durability of your swimwear, hand-wash your garments in cold water using a gentle cleanser. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Dry in the shade only. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Do not twist or soak your garment. Avoid rough surfaces to prevent pilling in fabric, and avoid contact with tanning products, sunscreens, and oils.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@shopanneslane.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number once the order has shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed.
